We gladly accept returns within 14 days from your purchase date for a full refund. An online credit will be issued within 30 days of purchase. All items will not be accepted for returns past 30 days.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition, never used in water, original packaging, free of stains and odors and still have tags and hygienic liner intact to ensure credit or refund. Please do not send items back if they do not comply with our store policy, as we are unable to issue store credit/refund and are not responsible for sending the item back to you.
- No returns can be made on FINAL SALE.
- Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned to our online store.

Customized Products Refund Policy
Customized products are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are accepted. This includes but not limited to all embroidered and heat pressed items:
- Swimwear with Heat Pressed Logos
- Backpacks and Parkas with Embroidered Logos and Names
- Spiritwear with Heat Pressed Logos including but not limited to Team Specific Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Joggers, Caps, and Beanies).
Technical Suits Refund Policy
Technical suits are exchangeable only within 14 days of purchase or store credit will be issued within 30 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase. Exchanges on technical swimwear are limited to manufacturer’s defects or size exchange and are accepted at the discretion of SwimWest. Items must be new and never worn, free of stains and odors with tags attached.
When do I receive my refund?
Once your items are received at our facility a SwimWest representative will review the items. Once approved your refund would be processed in 2-3 business days.
